Services

Architecture first, then code.

Four services that interlock: a target picture for systems and agents, the software to go with it, processes that run without manual work, and data you can rely on. Each also on its own, always at a fixed price per module.

01 · Architecture

System and agent architecture

A target picture for your system landscape: which system leads, how data flows, where agents may act and where they may not. Permissions, logs and approvals are settled before the first line of code is written.

Typical tasks

  • Review of the system landscape and data flows
  • Target architecture with leading systems and interfaces
  • Agent architecture: permitted actions, data access, approval points, logging
  • Operating model: servers, permissions, monitoring, backups
  • Governance: responsibilities, documentation, audit trail

Result

An architecture document your team and IT can implement, with priorities and a fixed price per delivery module. If you wish, we deliver it ourselves or take on a time-limited leadership role.

From our projects: Agent architecture with allow-list and approval, Operations at a listed company, Server operations and alerting

02 · Programming

Programming

Tools that fit your process, rather than bending the process to a standard product. Lean, tested and documented so that your team can carry them on.

Typical tasks

  • Internal web applications and reporting
  • Interfaces and API integrations between your systems
  • ERP integrations, for example with Odoo
  • Google Workspace add-ons
  • Data products and APIs of your own

Result

Working software with tests, documentation and source code that you own. Handed over to your team or run by us.

From our projects: Automated review of indexation clauses, Google Sheets add-on, A single schema for scattered market data

03 · Processes

Processes and automation

We map the process as it actually runs, not as the manual describes it, and automate the steps that repeat. While operations continue, with a log and a fallback for every step.

Typical tasks

  • Process mapping on the real workflow
  • Automating recurring steps: reconciliations, reports, filing
  • Extracting data from contracts, receipts and tenders
  • Language models where text must be understood, embedded in rules
  • Fallback and log for every automated step

Result

A process that runs without manual work and whose every step can be traced.

From our projects: Bookkeeping reconciliation against the ERP, Tender radar with bid preparation

04 · Data and monitoring

Data and monitoring

Collect data from registers, portals, interfaces and your own systems automatically, check it and deliver it as a report or an alert. The source of every figure stays traceable.

Typical tasks

  • Data pipelines from registers, portals and interfaces
  • Quality checks and reconciliation across sources
  • PDF reports, typeset automatically
  • Monitoring and alerting
  • Provenance for every value

Result

Data you can rely on, with the source of every figure and an alert when something is off.

From our projects: Financial data from mandatory filings, Monitoring public announcements, Traceable portfolio monitoring

Each service also on its own, always with a defined result.

Who it is for

For companies that grow without adding staff at the same rate.

Managing directors and COOs

You see how much time your team spends reconciling, reporting and copying, and want to change that without launching a major project.

Groups of companies

Several entities, different systems, a reporting line stitched together by hand. We connect what belongs together.

Catalogues, rights and licences

Media and content companies with large catalogues, rights and royalty statements: plenty of structured work that can be automated.

Which process costs you the most time?

Send us two or three sentences about it. In a first call, 30 minutes and without obligation, we work out whether and how it can be solved; a fixed-price proposal follows within a week.
